Is Helios free for pet parents?
Yes. Pet-parent Community accounts are free. Helios does not currently collect payments between pet parents and independent care providers.
Can I invite a sitter I already use?
Yes. Helios is designed for both discovery and existing care relationships, so you can connect with someone you already trust and coordinate care in one shared place.
Does Helios verify or endorse sitters?
Not currently. Sitter information is user-submitted, and pet parents are responsible for evaluating providers, holding a meet-and-greet, checking references and credentials, and choosing an appropriate care arrangement.
What are Owner Hubs?
Owner Hubs are private shared care spaces where participating Pro caregivers can post photos, videos, visit updates, care notes, and timeline events for connected clients.
